My doctoral research is on why AI initiatives succeed or fail. When RAND studied 65 experienced practitioners in 2024, it found what my research found: more than 80% of AI projects fail, and 84% of failures come from leadership and process, not technology. I run this myself
I build and operate my own multi-agent AI system — orchestration across multiple AI models, task delegation, a self-updating knowledge base, voice control.
